Brief Profile: Mr. J. Narasimhan is another third generation of the family that has joined the practice. He is an Alumni of PSBB School, Chennai, passing out of the school meritoriously. He did his Graduation from Vaishnav College, also from Chennai, College topper, Gold Medalist and rank holder in the University of Madras. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, New Delhi [secured a rank in the Intermediate Examination of the Institute], a member of the Institute of Cost Accounts of India, Kolkatta as well as an Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, New Delhi. Thus at a young age of 23 he became a member of all the 3 Professional institutes in India.

He has 27 + years of rich experience in the field of Audit & Assurance, Corporate law and Financial Services apart from having done a host of valuations of enterprises for various purposes, and assignments on international taxation. He has helped a number of corporates in business restructuring & consolidation and helped in their inorganic growth plans through advising on mergers, de-mergers, joint ventures, collaborations etc. He has appeared before different foura of income tax authorities and has helped KSJ clients defend their tax positions.

He supervises tax audits and transfer pricing assignments, advises on issues arising in cross border transactions and India entry strategies with special reference to Double Taxation Avoidance Agreements. He is actively involved with the taxation compliance services offered by the firm. He also manages the Assurance Services Division that provides various services relating to compliance of Accounting Standards and audits that check statutory compliances as per the Companies Act, 2013 and suggests systems improvement within organizations. It is under his expert supervision that various large audits like statutory audits, internal audits, tax audits, due-diligence audits, management audits and audits for non-profit non government organizations are conducted for various Public Sector and other undertakings. His other areas of specialization include compliances under GST and Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 [FEMA]

He has traveled extensively across the globe and has given an international touch to the firm.

He is a life time member of the Society of Auditors, Chennai and Chartered Accountants Study Circle, Chennai.

Brief Profile: Mrs. Vidhya is a Chartered Accountant, a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, a rank holder in the Intermediate examination of the Institute. Mrs. Vidhya Narasimhan is a partner of the firm and has close to two decades of post qualification experience. She has been with the firm ever since she qualified as a Chartered Accountant. She is also a member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, Kolkatta.

Her cost accounting experience coupled with a strong accounting base has helped many a corporates achieve their cost reduction cost control targets. Many a times she has acted as a bridge between the company and its cost auditors to present the financial data in a professional manner to the other professionals. Presently she actively assists in auditing services besides being involved in other services of firm, such as certification under FEMA and Direct tax provisions, secretarial services under the Companies Act, 2013 and supervising the processing of Payroll for a number of corporates.

Her passion for constant knowledge updation and inquisitive nature to question anything and every thing has immensely helped the firm at all times. Her "service to clients first" motto has helped KSJ's clients to be compliant with direct and indirect tax regulations at all times. Any work handled by her gets completed on top priority basis immediately with utmost due care and diligence.
